Each newborn who fulfils ALL the following eligibility criteria will receive on Baby Blisscard:
A) Resides in South West District;
B) At least one parent must be a Singaporean; and
C) Birth of newborn is within one year of application.

Application has to be submitted within one year of the date of birth.

• Successful Baby Blisscard applicants will be notified within one month of application.
• The Baby Blisscard will be presented at a community event in your neighbourhood.
